The 4th stage of Cup Russia took place in Minsk from 11th to 20th of May. Prise fund was 6 000 000 Byelorussian roubles (about 5000$).
The first two places with 7/9 shared GM Skatchkov Pavel 2456 RUS and IM Solovjov Sergey 2430 RUS.
